How To Book

All our tours and flights can be booked securely online at your convenience. Feel free to write us your customized tour itinerary if our made up itinerary is not meeting your schedule.

When booking a tour, follow the steps below:

1. Choose the tour and make an online reservation or email us.
2. Check our email confirmation letter.
3. Make the payment by credit card or bank wire transfer or cash.
4. Get the voucher as the tour confirmation from us.
5. Check the condition of the tour like meeting time, meeting point, and tour rules, cancellation policy from the tour voucher we will send you.

Local Office is open: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 09am-12pm (Sun. and National Holidays are off - you can email us)

Cancellation policy

Off-season

• 5 days before - 20% cancellation fee
• 3 days before - 30% cancellation fee
• 2 days to 1 day before - 50% cancellation fee
• Tour date - 100% cancellation fee

Peak-season

(Your tour date includes peak season for visiting Jeju)

• 15 days to 10 days before - 30% cancellation fee
• 10 days to 5 days before - 50% cancellation fee
• 5 days to check-in day cancel - 100% charge for the cancellation
