When booking a tour, follow the steps below...
Step 1 - Choose the tour and make online reservation or email us.
Step 2 - Check our email confirmation letter.
Step 3 - Make the payment by credit card or bank wire transfer or cash
Step 4 - Get the voucher as the tour confirmation from us
Setp 5 - Check the condition of tour like meeting time, meeting point and tour rules,
cancellation policy from the tour voucher we will send you.

Off-season
5days before - 20% cancellation fee
3days before - 30% cancellation fee
2days to 1day before - 50% cancellation fee
Tour date - 100%

Peak-season : (You tour date is including peak season for visit Jeju.)
15days to 10days before - 30% cancellation fee
10days to 5days before - 50% cancellation fee
5days to Check-in day cancel - 100% charge for the cancellation
